Susan grew up in Wisconsin and was raised Catholic. She married her high school sweetheart, Chuck, who also grew up in the Catholic church. They moved across the country while Chuck served in the US Naval Submarine Force. After raising a small family while working with Chaplain’s services during their transfers across the US and abroad and eventually settling in the frozen tundra of Green Bay, WI, God graciously transformed her entire little family’s hearts with a fervor to know and love Him more personally. Susan was blessed with the unexpected gift of teaching children here at CCA 6 years ago expecting the Lord to use her in other areas, however the Lord knew all along where He would place her. Susan has always had a love for children and desire for a large family — and boy did she get it!  It’s truly a joy to watch these little ones develop a relationship with the Living God as He knits us together as one family.  

Favorite Bible Verse: It’s hard to choose just one verse as my favorite because I truly love ALL of God’s Word!  One of my favorites…   1 John 4:19 “We love, because He first loved us.”
