Sean grew up in a Christian home living in several areas from North Carolina to Texas, to Maryland, to Tennessee. But it was he while was attending college in Virginia that Sean finally understood what it meant to live in relationship with God, began to love obeying Him, and felt the call to ministry. It was also then that he met his wife Torie who he married shortly after coming to Calvary Chapel Aiken in 2021.

That Jesus – God the Son – was willing and able to humble Himself and submit Himself to torture, spiritual abandonment, and death for the glory it would bring God the Father is incredible. The thought that God makes us able to have the same heart and mind is also amazing.
