Mike grew up in a Christian home in the Pacific Northwest. After 8 years in the US Army with the Military Police Corp, Mike rode the roller-coaster of life with many twists and turns. It was through Divine guidance that Mike and his wife Sheri moved to North Augusta SC in 2020. Connecting to Calvary Chapel Aiken online during the COVID shutdowns while still in Montana, Mike and Sheri found what they had been looking for in the Biblical teaching style of Calvary Chapel. Mike is currently actively involved in a variety of things at CC Aiken, including: Playing Bass guitar on the Worship Team, Coordinating Home Fellowships, Active involvement in Men's Ministry, Harvest Team, and Kids Outdoor Zone (KOZ), and Assisting Sheri in her contributions to the Bread ministry at CC Aiken

Hobbies: When he finds the time, Mike enjoys the great outdoors of God’s creation by hunting and fishing, as often as he can.
