Last year we decided for the first time to invite local craft vendors to be a part of the festival...

...and we loved having them with us!

We hope you will consider applying to join us at Christmas in July this year. Last year we estimate approximately 10,000 individuals visited our property over the two days of the yard sale and the festival.

All vendors MUST apply either by using the link below to apply online, or by downloading and mailing in the paper copy of the application. An application fee of $50 is due at the time of application. Vendor applications will be accepted during the month of June, 2024.

Note: Submitting an application does not guarantee your booth a spot at Christmas in July. Final approvals of vendors will be sent out in a timely manner. If your application is not accepted for any reason, you will receive a refund of your $50 application fee.

Mail in a physical application

Physical applications may be mailed along with vendor item images and application fee to Calvary Chapel Aiken at 1411 E Pine Log Rd, Aiken, SC 29803. Vendors may choose to drop off application in person during church office hours - 10am to 2pm on Tuesday's and Thursdays.
Make all checks payable to "Calvary Chapel Aiken" with "CIJ Vendor Application [VENDOR NAME]" in the memo.

Photos of Vendors items for sale MUST be submitted in combination with the application to office@ccaiken.org. This application is for review purposes only. Submission of application does not mean your booth has been accepted. Approval will be sent to each vendor as soon as possible.
• Event will be open to the public from 8am-2pm both days. Festival is only on July 27 from 10am-2pm.
• Booth size will be a maximum of 10x10 unless other accommodations made with CIJ team. This is an outdoor event. Vendors are responsible for power, tables, canopies, security, and all other materials and operating needs. Restrooms are available.
• Each vendor is responsible for all of their own permits, sales, taxes, insurance, and related government requirements. Vendor is responsible to submit proof of insurance in a form acceptable to CIJ/Calvary Chapel Aiken (CCA), preferably with a rider naming CCA as an additional insured. CCA may waive the insurance requirement at its discretion. Notwithstanding insurance being waived or not, vendor agrees to use best efforts to protect and defend CCA from any lawsuit originating with vendor's products and services.
• Only one vendor will be allowed from each respective company or similar company on a first come, first serve basis.
• Booth fees are due at the time of application and are non-refundable upon acceptance into the show.
• Christmas in July is for the benefit of Operation Christmas Child and Aiken area ministries.
• Vendors may only play CIJ approved music and programs and only at a sound level audible within their booth. CIJ shall have the right to interpret the following rules and regulations, to amend or add such rules and regulations as it might deem appropriate and to enforce compliance with such rules and regulations. CIJ/CCA reserves the right to refuse rent of space to anyone and to regulate the types of items offered for sale, attire, language, and any other presentation or speech that CIJ/CCA deems unacceptable for any reason. Any violation of these rules and regulations or of related statutes and ordinances shall result in
immediate forfeiture of all rights and participation in the event, including any moneys deposited to secure participation in the event.
• Vendor agrees that it will protect, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Christmas in July and Calvary Chapel Aiken’s directors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all expenses, claims, actions, liabilities, attorney fees, damages and loses of any kind whatsoever, actual or alleges, resulting from or concerned with the participation as a Vendor at the event. Vendor further agrees that Christmas in July and Calvary Chapel Aiken shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any merchandise or personal property in or about Vendor’s booth regardless of the cause of such loss or damage.
